Money Back Guarantee (GRD):
 
Eastern Connection’s Ground Money-Back Guarantee (Holiday Amendment).
Eastern Connection Ground will credit or refund the transportation charge to a shipper if it does not deliver the shipper's standard ground and multiweight ground package(s) by the end of the scheduled delivery day as published on Easternconnection.com. Please note the Eastern Connection Service Guide amendment holiday changes in policy for calendar year 2011 and beyond.
Due to the increased volume following the Thanksgiving holiday, Eastern Connection reserves the right to suspend or revoke the Ground Money-Back Guarantee for undelivered packages when tendered during the 14 calendar days before Christmas.
