Current Open Positions Woburn, MA (Headquarters) Inside Sales Rep The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for growing Eastern Connections’ business by selling new customers & maintaining current customers. Responsibilities include promoting sales programs within assigned territory by keeping customers informed about available services, prices and new products; determining priority and effort given to each account based on sales potential and sales maintenance monitoring competitive activity and trends within territory; following up on all leads from internal sources (lead generator, customer service), EC’s website, trade shows; maintaining accurate, detailed records and preparing reports on sales activity. Qualifications/Skills: · 2+ years Inside Sales experience with ability to identify key decision makers and · Proven track record delivering on or exceeding revenue goals · Excellent communication skills · Experience with CRM tools a plus. · Bachelors degree preferred This role is a full time role, reporting to the Director of Sales, and is located at our Woburn, MA headquarters.

Current Open Positions Lester, PA (Philadelphia Area) Operations Assistant The Operations Assistant is responsible for administrative support to the Operations management/processes within Eastern Connection’s Lester, PA terminal Responsibilities include providing back up for dispatch; assisting with the morning dock sort; providing Customer Service when issues arise; filing, scheduling, sorting mail and other administrative tasks as required; work closely with management, staff and drivers to meet department and station objectives. Qualifications/Skills: · High school education or equivalent · Computer proficient, including experience with MS Office suite. · 2-3 years previous experience · Exhibits leadership skills · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Detail oriented, comfortable with numbers. · Ability to lift 20 lbs. This role is a full-time, 40 hour/week position, working out of our Lester, PA station.
